Who We Are

Attorney Neil Fulsang attends the New Mexico Military Institute in order to commission as an Army Officer and lead men in combat as the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan rage on. Upon commissioning in 2009, Neil volunteered for the infantry. 

As a young First Lieutenant of Infantry, Attorney Neil Fulsang and his platoon conducted over 120 dismounted missions in the austere countryside of Afghanistan. Neil’s leadership and commitment earned him his first Bronze Star Medal. 

As an Army Captain, Neil deployed his Infantry Company of 120 soldiers to Afghanistan. Their post was over 75 miles from the nearest friendly forces. Neil’s leadership and steadfast commitment to protecting the American people and prioritizing his soldiers, earned him a second Bronze Star Medal. 

Neil started law school and gained invaluable experience through internships in Minnesota and Alaska. As a personal injury intern, Neil was recognized for earning more for the firm’s clients than any “experienced” attorney in the firm. 

Apex Law LLC came to life. Birthed by observations (and lists of things that could be improved upon) of at least three law firms in two different states, Attorney Neil Fulsang set out to change the way the law is practice, enhance the client experience, and earn results while serving clients with the same energy you expect from an Army Officer.
