From Zero to Hero

Mad Landlords in Mobile
This case involved a crazy landlord renting to a client in southern Alabama. She refused to make repairs, then tried to evict him. We successfully crushed the “experienced” landlord/tenant lawyer the landlord hired using a Motion to Dismiss for lack of service of process. Then after the landlord refused to return the security deposit we compelled her to pay back the deposit and then some.

Not That Hurt
This case involved a veteran who was injured while during home from work. The insurance adjuster’s first offer was $2,500 to settle the case. Their defense: “your client was not that hurt.” Despite low medical bills, we were able to show that the collision impacted my client’s life and got a $30,000 settlement, nearly 12x the initial offer.
